The guys did a great job, and the install went smoothly. They were careful and thorough.

Installers said they couldn’t push oven in any farther because of the outlet behind. They didn’t line up the little cut out in the back of the oven, so after they left my husband had to fix. They left the oven sticking a good six inches out farther than it should have been.

The installation was good. The stove replaced an old model stove that had been installed during a remodel of cabinets and flooring so nothing was square in measurements but they got the job done

My kitchenaid electric slide in range is very good so far! The process of getting it delivered and installed has been a disaster! The first delivery was October 30, 2023 and was dropped off by a contract partner not Best Buy. A fact that I wasn't aware of when I ordered it. It was damaged! The drivers who delivered are not skilled in setting it up! When removing the old range, they tipped it and the door fell off nicking my wood floor! I called Best Buy about the problem then went back to the sales people and sat to resolve the problem! A second delivsry was set up for November 24! Again the range was damaged and no installer was sent after much discussion with a number of people that it was to be INSTALLED also! I now wait for the third delivery set for December 5th and am supposed to have an INSTALLER finally come! It has been a stressful process that I wouldn't want again! I hope the stove comes undamaged with people that take care in delivery and know how to install their product as it should be!

Prompt and on time. Called me when they were on the way. They were careful moving out old, moving in new. They asked me to look over unit and test all functionality. In hindsight, should have spent more time doing so but these guys did a great job.

Awesome young men, did what they needed to, quick, very pleasant and went over the basics. Very impressed with the experience.

movers easily moved out the existing gas range after I disconnected the gas line (was made aware at the time of their arrival) and carefully and easily brought in the new range and put it in place. Communication and expected time of delivery very good.

We were very pleased with the workers who installed our new range. The turned on the top of the range and also turned on the oven too to get rid of the smell that takes place the first time.
