The installation went smoothly and I have had no problems.

I could probably do it myself or just let BB deal with the 240V and ensure it is done correctly. Free installation is included with a Total membership so I'll let them do it.

The gentlemen that installed the range did a great job of bringing it into the house and put in place. They had to be reminded to remove all the packing. They fully intended to leave it with all the protected wrap still in place. Even after asking them to finish the job, they still left pieces to cardboard still in the range.

Color is great good size no smudges. Great to cook with.

The two young gentlemen who installed our range did a fine job with the installation. Our setup needed an outlet since the old range was hard-wired in, which they handled extremely well. They treated our home and the range with respect. I am extremely impressed with the installation and will choose Best Buy for our future appliance needs.

The install team was great. Really nice and friendly.

Very happy with the honesty of the installer. My washer needed a longer drain hose than what they typically include. There was no way to tell this until the time of install. He came back on another day and installed the correct hose no problem and no additional charge.

After my delivery was cancelled the day of, without notification. I was told the driver was qaurantined and then I was told that the truck broke down. I don't know which one was true, if either of them were. I had to go back to the store and was told that I would be put on the installation schedule 5 days later. I didn't accept the later delivery and gave them until end of business the next day to complete the installation or I would be returning to get a full refund. Two guys (3rd Party installers, not with Best Buy) showed up the next day. They slide the range in and said that they didn't have the Anti-Tip Bracket to mount it to the floor or the wall. They told me that they would come back with it. They haven't called or came back. After they plugged it up, they were ready to leave. I checked to make sure it was level and it wasn't. I asked them to level it and they said that it couldn't be leveled. I then had to teach them how to level it and they left. Also, there was no explination of how to operate the unit, nor did they have any experience with it. Very dissapointed with the whole experience from purchase to installation.

The stove was delivered as per schedule and was installed quickly and properly. The old stove was removed efficiently.

great installations it is so perfect and very profecional

Owne urged delivery team not to step on wooden transition board, which they did breaking it. Delivery team was unpropared (we don't have tools for that) to install the anti-tipping support. Delivery team ignored owners request to level this stove as former installers did.

The electric range installer was polite and careful with our home and our new range.

We were given a timeframe to expect delivery and the guys called ahead to let us know more specifically what time they would be there. Upon arrival they had equipment ready to unload, planned out their path and moved it with no damage. They set it up and provided us with instructions. Did an excellent job securing our new stove.

On-time arrival, and pleasant personalith. He performed the setup quickly.

Very good product I used it with ease and it is sturdy

The oven was delivered damaged. We are still waiting for the replacement oven. Other that the damage the oven is wonderful loaded with features we are enjoying.

Looks there is no communication between store and delivery team Good product but I had a delivery issue they scheduled for 11/18 they didn’t deliver then I call them they said we didn’t scheduled they said We will scheduled it for 11/19 and I was waiting 5 hours they didn’t deliver it I call them again they said promise 11/20 then next day I wait 4 hours they didn’t deliver I call them again they said we don’t even scheduled then I was try go to the actual store when I buy from I was on my way some one call said I’m on my way to get u your range seems there it no communication between store and delivery team
