The "Geek Squad" came through again. Love how professional and caring these guys were delivering and installing our new range and removing our old range. Answered all our questions and were very thorough.

Delivery had some hiccups drivers rolled it up to the garage and left it.

We ordered our new range on line along with the installation. It was very easy. The installers were very professional. Very satisfied!

The delivery guys were GREAT!!! They were prompt, courteous, quick and helped me remove the packaging tape so I could check the product prior to their departure. They made 2 deliveries to me within a 2 week period and acted professionally and appropriately on both occasions. I would DEFINITELY recommend their services to others.

Best Buy Delivery arrived on time, un-boxed the range removed the unwanted protection film where we asked them to, then they attached the electrical cord and slid it right in where the old range was. They took all the packaging with them I gave them a tip and were gone in a flash on to the next stop Quick painless and easy :-)

The installer’s were very good and very professional. Our only point of improvement would be showing us even the basics on how to operate the stove.

I was charged $70.00 to install my microwave, I think I was taken advantage of. Can someone please contact me if this was even legitimately priced? I'm 65 and could not put it in myself and my husband couldn't do it. Help.

The guys showed up within the designated time frame. The were courteous and answered all of our questions. The cleaned up the area very nicely.

Installation crew was very professional. They took their time and carefully slipped the range into place. They also leveled it and gave us instructions on how to prep the ovens and set the time clock. They were very courteous and friendly. Great job!

I am very pleased with my Samsung range and it is an upgrade. The price was right and so far we are very satisfied. I am still learning about the various functions and how to use it. I will shop at Best Buy again for any future appliances or electronics.
