The gentleman who installed my range was very knowledgeable and polite. I believe he answered most of my questions. I wish he would have heard the chirping sound this oven makes on preheat and during baking. I believe he would have questioned this range.

Fast, careful and efficient installation and service

crew showed up within time frame promised. Unpacked the range brought it in to the house, removed the old one and plugged the new one in.

The range arrived and the techs brought it in and removed the old range pronto. They were in and out in 30 minutes. Very thorough and knowledgeable.

The two installers arrived with the appliances and got right to work. They were very efficient and knowledgeable. After the appliances were installed, one of the installers gave me a tutorial on each of the appliances and made me feel comfortable with them. Very pleased.

Problem with our install was that it had a window of 2:33pm to 6:33pm, and at about 6:20pm, my tenant checkd the bestbuy site to see status of his new stove, to see that it was "delivered", which prompted him to call me since it had not been delivered. I eventually got a geek squad person to tell me that it had not been delivered, when I got a text at 6:50pm from my tenant that the truck had just arrived. It was very annoying, and I had to pay my tenant $100 for missing an afternoon of work, when he could have been home for this late a delivery after finishing a whole day of work. The status should not say delivered when it is not delivered!
