The range installation was one of three new appliances we had done by the Best Buy crew. They are independent employees and they were excellent. We recently had new floors installed and they were very careful to use extra care to protect them. My wife and I were very impressed with their work.

The best delivery service I have experience from any major store. They were knowledgeable and fast they even took out my old appliance they did it all in less then 30 min. I was so impressed. Definitely will buy from Best Buy again

the stove has a small dent due to the way the installers handled the stove in transport. The stove also wasn't leveled. my fiance ended up having to pull the stove out and re position it so that it wouldn't rock

The time of arrival, unpacking, installation and hauling away the old range was less than 45 minutes. Way to go!

The gentlemen who installed the stove were so knowledgeable and friendly. They did not leave until we were sure we had all of our questions answered. They also made sure they were so careful. We were very very happy with their help!

The guys were very professional. Pleasant to speak with and earlier than the delivery window I was given. They also called ahead of time to let me know they were on their way.

This is something I do not want to do, so I am glad they are going to do this.

Your Installers did a great job of bringing the new range into my kitchen & connecting the new cord to the range. One Installer left immediately after while the other Installer plugged the range in & pushed it close to the wall but left it sticking out a good 3 inches from the wall. I pointed that out to him & he replied, "It's the cord" then to my surprise he immediately turned & left. I ended up pulling the range out away from the wall myself & adjusting the cord so the range would slide all the way to the wall. The Installer did mention he was temporarily brought in from out of state to help out in St.Louis. They must have been short handed & had tons of delivering to do that day so they were probably in a rush.

Wish I could do 2 reviews. I purchased a slide in glass top stove and you apparently need special training to install this product. The first team sent to my house was not trained. The crew was very apologetic, but the incorrect delivery team was dispatched to my home. They were pleasant, did a fantastic job of taking out my old stove but could not install the new one. It was removed and I had to reschedule everything for a second try. On the second attempt- it all went well, it was just very frustrating not to be able to use my new stove for Thanksgiving. That was the reason I made the purchase in the first place. When it was set up correctly, the install team did a good job

I would recommend if your purchase doesn't come with installation. No run arounds, no worrying about if you've set it up incorrectly. Let the professionals do it for you. The best option ever.

The guys who delivered my appliances were very friendly and professional. They handled everything with care and gave me about a ten minute explanation of how everything works, cleaning tips, and answered all my questions. the same crew has been to my house twice delivering and setting up appliances. They are awesome!
