The guys who delivered and installed the oven, microwave and dishwasher did excellent work. The chief installer knew exactly what he was doing and was very efficient and professional.

This team was very fast, professional and knowledgeable explaining some of features. Very impressed with them.

I couldn't believe how fast the put the oven in. I even questioned them if it was level. They followed me over to the oven and I put a pan of water on a burner. The water did not go from one side to the other, it stayed level. I felt bad asking them to make sure, but I didn't want a slanted stove. I just got rid of one.

Installation was exceptional. THe two who came adeptly got the old range out and the new one in and ready to go. I believe Mark (maybe Marcus) was the lead. The were professional and helpful and careful.

Installers were professional, courtesy, and efficient. An easy transition from old stove to new one. Installers were protective of new item as well as my floors and cabinets, overall a good experience.

Installation of new range and haulaway of old range wend well. Except that by design the range's back side was not as close to the wall as we wanted.

Electric Range Install went very well. The installer were careful and moving it through my home and into place.

Installation was fine, but installer used old tip bracket instead of installing the one that came with the stove. It is the wrong size and it didn't fit the new stove. Will be fixed tomorrow.

The delivery technicians were very open and honest about their installation limitations. They were very careful bringing the range in to the house and took away all the packing materials no longer needed.

Two obviously amateur guys in a Ryder truck. I had an electric range delivered and paid for installation and haul away. They didn't know how to attach the power cord correctly. They tried to attach the wrong cord until I pointed out the mistake. They didn't pull all the plastic off the unit which is part of unpacking. They didn't level the unit. They installed the racks in the oven on an angle. I couldn't believe what I was seeing! They knocked a bottle of olive oil off the counter and didn't bother to clean it up. When they walked out the door the range was NOT ready for use. I had to finish pulling all the plastic, fix the racks inside, and level the unit. Because of their unprofessionalism, I checked the power cord myself just so I could verify the connections were tight. These guys should not be doing installations! I EXPECTED I WOULD GET PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION. THIS WAS SO FAR FROM IT.....ITS ALMOST CRIMINAL.

The Whirlpool range is just what we expected. Control panel is easy to read and use. Convection oven is something we need to work on to make the most of its features.

I have used Best Buy for many purchases. Both "on line " and in store. I have always been completely satisfied. Where installation was required the crew was expediant, well mannered and courteous and always kept me informed with accurate delivery/installation times.
