Item was exactly what as ordered, setup was done quickly with no issues

Glass on the oven door shattered while on cleaning mode. They came and put a new door on but were suppose to install a whole new range. They had to order a new one because there was a dent in the 1st one. Communication was corrected and my new range is installed. It's all good.

The installation specialist arrived on time and performed the installation carefully and professionally. He demonstrated the operation and ensured there was no problem with operation prior to leaving.

Delivery crew was very careful with delivery. They followed strict company Covid guidelines. They leveled stove and showed me how to get stove prepared for first use )to remove factory odors before cooking.)

The 2 guys that delivered the range, were polite and efficient. They took away my old unit, and the also cleaned up after themselves before they left. I didn't have to worry about any debris left behind, very nice. Good communication the day of delivery, they kept me up to date on their schedule and arrival time.

The experience I had with the Installation professionals was fantastic. They were on time and very polite, they were very careful not to let anything get damaged and check their work 3 times before leaving. They went above and beyond.

I have to say it wasn’t the greatest. They didn’t level the stove. Just wish David would’ve taken a little more time to adjust everything and explain a few things, but it was just dropped off plugged in put in and leave.

Ricky and his assistant were excellent! They were polite, respectful and knew exactly what to do to remove and install the new range.

Installers did an excellent job and they came here three times due to having to return stove twice. No damage to walls door frame or any furniture while moving them. They leveled the stove also.

The installer was great, but didnt fully install the oven because the electical wasnt correct. I get that there are limits and it wasnt the installers fault, but we researched a LOT and even called ahead and it was impossible to get a staight answer before they arrived as to what they would do so I had an oven in my dining room for a week.

I had a busy schedule and didn't have a vehicle big enough to pick up on my own. Also had a unit that was still usable but no way to transport it anywhere. Delivery was prompt and very professional. I did manage to put the lld unit out and donate it to someone.

Bestbuy delivery guys showed up at the appointed time. Installed the product and removed old stove. Only complaint, it was a cold day and the plastic wrap stuck to oven. It was a real pain to remove it (even with cleaning products made for removing adhesives and other gummy things).

Installation went okay. There was some concern on the cuts needed to outgoing drop in range to make way for free standing range. Baseboard cuts okay. Side cuts on counter a little bit excessive. Back wall cut to remove counter back was safely done, although at time, I was concerned as between kitchen wall and garage are plumbing and electrical for washer and dryer, so owner was apprehensive that cuts would have accidently cut into plumbing or electrical. Will acknowledge that installation accepted, given overhead microwave and vent installation problems, would next time consider kitchen renovation with overall updates instead of piecemeal replacements.

This made everything so much easier for me! Recommend getting this service less of a hassle

Good product for the price we paid. Easy to use. Great men who came to install product. Courteous, knowledgeable about product, careful when moving product in and taking old item out.

The representative arrived in a timely fashion. The representative handled multiple obstacles while installing the product in such a professional passion that they had my complete confidence and I did not stress about anything.

I purchased the stove installation from Best Buy and I’m glad I did. I didn’t have to lift a finger and the installation price was great and affordable, a lot less than others I checked. Do yourself a favor and pay for convenience!

Because of the construction of my house it was a little difficult to install the safety feature for the range. The Geek Squad wanted to do it right so they sent over another crew. Shortly thereafter, I had a total of 6 professionals for the installation but it was done properly and efficiently.
