The installation went very quickly and smoothly. After it was set in place the technician did explain how to use the stove, he did set the correct time for me. This item is very easy to use, never had any problems with it.

At first I thought I'd just buy the stove and leave it in the living room to admire. But my wife, she's the brains of the operation, suggested we have it installed in the kitchen. I can't tell you how much better food is when it's cooked. I really recommend having your range installed!

I believe I am rating the installation service, not the Appliance. The guys who did the installation had such dirty hands, that they left dirt on my wall by the appliance they installed and on my counter. Also left tar on my kitchen floor. Not sure if from their shoes or from setting my appliance on the street and sliding it on to the dolly and then sliding the appliance on my kitchen floor. They wore masks, but did not disinfect my counter, or table that they used for paper work. Best Buy’s website said they will disinfect anything they touch. That did not happen!

What a great deal! When I brought my new range it had free delivery and set up. The two gentlemen that came were very prompt and nice. They called before they arrived and was on time with the appointment window. I would highly recommend.

They had to take it out of the truck and then pick it up to bring it in. My electric was off when they got here so he couldn’t test it, but there were no problems. He would have. The two guys we’re profession. Good conduct. Polite. Worked well together. Set up and promptly left.

Jose and Adonis delivered and installed my new range and they were very professional and nice. They had the old stove out and the new one in a few minutes. They even waited for me to vacuum behind the cabinet. I had to pay extra, about $15 to have the old stove taken away but it was well worth it.

If you buy cord from BB, install is included with it. They did it good job, cord was neatly wrapped and tucked behind the range. They even installed metal bracket for me which keeps the range from tipping in the opposite direction.

Innovative Freight Systems Home delivery delivered our new stove, installed it, and removed our old stove. They were quick, efficient, friendly, and very careful.

They really knew what they were doing and took the extra time to make sure the job was done right and that my wife and I understood how the range worked before they left.

The two men who delivered the appliances were very professional. One of my appliances was rejected due to damaging that was discovered during the unboxing. They called right away and had everything taken care of. They are hard workers, polite and professional. A real pleasure to deal with!

Stove is tops but the installation is what brings my rating down. Going from gas to electric - outlet is already installed - tell them this at the store and day before it is supposed to get installed the installer tells me they cannot do the installation, they are not qualified to cap the gas line. $140 later I had to have a plumber come cap the line. Being I asked that question before I bought if it was going to be a problem installing the electric stove is why the rating goes down. I knew something had to be done to the gas line but the extent is out of my expertise, and why I asked the folks who should know if their installers can do do something or not.

Called about 20 minutes out to notify they were on the way. Whole process took less than 30 minutes, very friendly and helpful, as I'm sure the installation wasn't too difficult for them. Would, and probably will in the future, use them again.

Installation needed extra work. Store sales representative didn't know how or what to expect. Installation workers were knowledgeable and came through with the correct and necessary expertise to satisfactorily complete the job.

Had Best Buy come in to remove old oven and install the new Samsung convection electric range. They were fast and professional and took the old one with them, thank you Best Buy. Install was free, removal cheap.
