The delivery men were fast and on time we received a call ahead 1:30 before they arrived. They were very informative of the product and it’s functions. They gave a good walk thru of how the range worked and what not to do or use on it.

We had great delivery and install team. The were professional and due to the pandemic they were wearing masks and we were comfortable with their services, since we were wary. We are older and also wore masks, so that made us most comfortable.

They were on time and did a good installation. The only ding is that they didn't know how to use the induction range. He turned on the burners and waited for them to get hot... it doesn't work that way... so I explained it to him and now he knows.

I could not use this feature as I had to make the cut out slightly bigger, so I had to self install, but having been part of the install team a few years ago and seeing how the team operates today i can definitely recommend this service.

They did everything with the hook up. I didnt' have to mess with any wires myself or read any directions. They even demonstrated how to use the all the knobs before they left.

Best buy install crew in Reno, NV is very good. In the bay area not so much. They call ahead of time. Show up on time and the service is great. They came out to my moms house and I felt they were professional and well priced.
