Our installer was on time. Checked out the location of installation. Uncreated our unit and was very careful not to damage any of the of the surrounding. Answered any questions we had. Cleaned up and showed us how our unit worked. Very happy with his work. Will use their service any time.

Diego and Jose called ahead of time and came when they said they would. They hauled away the old unit and hooked up the new one. They explained everything they were doing. Diego and Jose were a pleasure to work with and Best Buy is fortunate to have these two employees represent them.

Two gentlemen installed new our new Samsung microwave, dishwasher, and oven, hauling away our old ones. They did a great job and even reminded me about stuff left in my oven. I almost lost all of my cookie sheets! Great service.

The delivery service technicians where awesome from the phone call prior to arrival to the end picking up the garbage and installing the products. These 2 deserve a raise and 10 stars for the knowledge of product installation, customer service, and friendly personalities!!

Very professional and kind, explained things to me in terms of how to do certain things to get it working and really kept it straightforward and helpful.

Overall good communication, only issue was that the drawer of our stove was installed incorrectly, so we had to fix it.

Thee skill was in the 2 guys carrying this up 2 sets of stairs and then maneuvering it into our condo. Installation involved removing the packaging, plugging in the power cable and sliding it into the slot. They did it well.

Everyone was very professional. Range was handled with extreme care and was positioned seamless and perfectly.

I'm so happy with the smooth stovetop of my new range. Makes cleanup so easy, and the electric heat radiates evenly all over the pan.

I was so worried the installers were going to dent my stove, or just be rough with it, but what a surprised! these guys are pros! they were so quick and carefull, when they were completed they explained all funtions of the rstove, i was really happy with their installation!

The crew took out our old range and installed the new one very promptly. They were also very careful not to damage either unit, doorways and furniture.

When range was installed, a loud pop noise was heard and when installers were asked what the noise was, no one would answer. Installers left and noticed later that leveling foot was broken. : (

Nothing really have to say about the installation. All these guys do what they have to do and so nothing special to talk about. But at least they didn't leave the mess behind.
