they delivered this stove on time and made sure it worked. This was delivered at Beckwourth, Ca. They removed the old stove and for a small fee picked up another appliance .Very professional This is my second stove this year in another house. And alway have had professional delivers.

I was very happy that I was able to have this item delivered to me for free, as I'm an hour away from the closest Best Buy. The installers contacted me when they were on their way and were very kind and courteous when they were installing. They attached a no-tip bracket as well.

Gentlemen were very friendly and courteous. Knowledgeable with installation. Explained the feaatures and operating directions completely. Took away old range and all packing materials.

Istallers where in and out in no time i had all ready t Removed the old one but remember they only installed not leveled to counter but it was easy to do.

They were great. Contacted me ahead of time, made sure it was connected and level. Gave me business card in case I needed to contact for any questions or issues.

Tech let me know a little ahead of his arrival time. Removal and installation went perfectly. He confirmed the installation of the tip over protection bracket, then showed me the operation of the range and left. Entire process took only minutes.

Delivery guys were very polite and made sure all appliances were brought inside carefully. They unpacked and set up appliances in a very professional matter. Once they were done they tested each appliance to assure everything worked. They cleansed up and disposed all cardboard and trash.
