My stove is above my counter, which I am not happy about. These men were very careful to work on a new floor and tweak the range so it was low as it could be and level. The stove is not the most expensive but very nice and has lots of bells and whistles for the price.

The whole installation process was extremely easy. They called us with our window for delivery, then they called us again when they were on their way and showed up right o time. They installed it quickly, they showed us everything worked and cleaned up everything.

I was very happy with the two gentlemen who delivered my range. One of the gentleman, Radford, went the extra mile and was happy to adjust the height of the range. He made sure that I was happy with the installation before he left.

The installers for the electric range were very courtous. They install the reange clean the area up and asked me if I had any questions our issues.

You only gave 30 minutes to install 3 appliances so one was extremely stressed out

COULD NOT INSTALL BECAUSE I DID NOT HAVE A PLUG BUT HAD A "LIVE WIRE"

I love my new range and microwave the only thing I don't like about the range is the flat cooking surface! It is hard to keep clean and cleaning products still leave a ugly residue wish there were better cleaning products for this type of range.

The installer called me 2 days before to confirm my appointment, then the day before narrowing it down from a 4 hour window to 2 hours. They called the morning of and let me know that they were on their way. They were very nice and professional. They cleaned up their mess as well.

The guys who delivered the stove ran into electrical problems due to the age of our house.

I didn't need the electric cord attached as my husband does this for me, but the delivery guys were very good and brought in the range so that they would not scratch my floor. They came in the time frame that had been set up when I purchased. I also like the free delivery.

Delivery was smooth and painless. The installation was also insanely quick and the techs were truly professional. I’m beyond pleased by this experience and plan on ordering my appliances from Best Buy again in the future.

Its mot too expensive and its a smooth process. They force you to buy equipment thoigh, even if you dont need ot.

I'd considered purchasing for 2 yrs but that ended with the great sale!!! Saved a bundle. But that's just the cherry on top. Sleek design and easy to use. The extra oven cook space was a major bonus! Now I can cook a lot more at once so I'm definitely looking forward to the holidays.
