Glad I got it. The delivery tech's were great and professional. I'm glad I got this team for the install.

In my opinion they use the word professional a little to liberally. Sure they carried it in and plugged it in. If you need to modify your hot wired stove to a new plug you are on your own. Hardware store had everything I needed.

Carlos with Hudson Services was fantastic. Best Buy should only use this company and cut ties with the other.

Too young man came to retrieve our old range and install the new one. They were well-dressed and very polite and did their job quite efficiently. They also gave us a hands-on demonstration of the new ranges controls and features

Delivery was on time, and they did a nice job of getting the old stove out and getting the new one in, but I have to remind them to level it up before they left.

The installation/set-up crew arrived as scheduled, and within 10-15 minutes had our new oven installed, and the old unit hauled away. The crew demonstrated the new oven's features, provided recommendations for "break-in" and cleaning. Very efficient, and professional in all respects.

Installation was okay. Only problem, no manual on use. Had to download from GE and print out. And they took away the old one. No muss, no fuss. Wonderful

The Technician was on the ball, He had great communication before deliver and on the Install day. I highly recommend the Professional Installation as the ins and outs had great safety details. I feel more secure in my product knowing it is install correctly and cover by their guarantee.

Received a call from delivery personnel that they were 30 minutes out so I left work to meet them. They proceeded to be 3 hours late. They hit my doorway while removing the old unit and caused some noticeable damage to the wall. They also did not properly install the oven and left it un level. I fixed it myself when they left.

Regular electric range was sent. We had specifically asked for induction oven. As a regular oven it will get 5 rating but not for me to decide

Techs arrived on time and installed the range and even showed us how to use it. Gave us some tips and tricks of the new range.

The range was delivered on time. The service providers were well equipped and showed knowledge for that specific range. They handle the product with care moving it into my house. They installed what they could and answered all questions before leaving. No question was too mundain.

The service for the money is great! Taking out the old stove and installing the new one is worth the money. The only negative I have to say is they put a couple of scratches on our hardwood floors.

Whats really needed? The power cord connected on both ends then slide unit into the cavity. Voila!

Delivery guys and install are outstanding. Phone support and scheduling are pitiful. I mean absolutely dredful. You seriously need help in that dept.
