Range isn’t that difficult to install, just plug in and slide in then ensure it’s level

delivery guy was very nice and polite. Our kitchen wasn't wired correctly, because w have an older house. He took a picture of it to see if his boss would let him install it. He didn't install it because of our wiring but at least he asked and was very polite.

Delivery was early (nice surprise) and serviceman was friendly, efficient, explained the features and ran through how to operate the range and oven.

The two guys made it look easy pulling out my old range and squeezing in the new one, 10/10

The service people found the correct adapter, placed it on the cord and plugged it in the wall. Better than figuring it out ourselves.

The team installing were very polite, professional and handled everything perfectly. Our kitchen entryway is a tad bit narrow, so they even gently removed the handle from the oven door to get it through without any damage to home or new unit.

Great range,if I had to complain it would be the writing on the temperature knobs are hard to see.

The installation crew did a great job! They arrived within the window they provided. Both men were very professional. They carefully removed the old appliances and then installed the new ones. They took the time to show me how both worked and asked if I had any further questions.

Our install techs were fantastic. The best delivery guys we have ever had! Showed us how to use our range since the owners manual doesn’t offer much help! Very appreciate of the Best Buy guru’s.

Every appliance I have ever purchased has been delivered on time and with a smile. No wondering when the delivery person is coming I always receive a call 30 minutes before delivery letting me know they are on the way. I live upstairs and never a complaint from the delivery team.

It was relatively easy installation and the technicians did it fast and it works. Although the heating power was weak.

The young men who delivered and installed oour range were very knowledgable and respectful.

These guys were very efficient. One unloaded the new range and fridge while the other prepared the ones to be removed. The installation was very professional. The men were quick and friendly and were finished in no time. The were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

The delivery people did an amazing job getting the range off the truck and getting it into the house. They really did a good job leveling the range.

I also need a refrigerator. The bisque color (ivory) refrigerator is not available in my area. So I will exchange the bisque range for a stainless steel range and purchase a matching stainless steel refrigerator.

I wanted to highly compliment the delivery guys on my stove. They patiently waited for me to clean the area after they pulled out the old stove so I could clean it. They were very professional and courteous. Thank them for me.

Installer David and his mate Kenny were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. Any appliance buyer should be happy with their level of service!!!!

Didn't start off to smoothly. Was supposed to be delivered on Oct 21. Finally got there Nov 3. Was not very happy but was compensated for all the problems which I appreciated. The final arrival and installation was flawless once it finally arrived Love love love my range!!!
