Great service, very professional, called 15 min before arrival, Set up and explained everything before installing the anti tip feature (which I had never had before) Showed me how it can still pull away from wall for easy cleaning. Great guys Very efficient!

BestBuy squad delivered and installed my new range. Very helpful and got it in place with no problems, just wish they would have leveled it but no other complaints.

Technician was nice and put it in well. He also gave me tips on how to proceed with putting up my microwave by myself since we didn't pay for the installation on that one. He was also on time and quick to deliver.

For 70% of purchases, I say no. But I have found them to save money on appliances often enough for me to feel that they are worthwhile. Not so much with a retailer on the skids, but Geek Squad appliance services have been great.

Install went perfectly, arrived on time, took old unit, setup and installed new unit. Took time to make sure everything was right before leaving

The two gentlemen who delivered this range were very polite and friendly. They called on their delivery route starting they were ahead of schedule and asked if it was convenient for me if they arrived early. They arrived 40 minutes before scheduled time

Very good service to do all the installation of the equipment

These guys were excellent at what they did. Made sure everything was put in properly and carefully. Didn’t do any damage took the time to show us everything about our appliances and made sure to answer any questions we had.

Simple and easy, however, I did the final connection myself as a different electrical connection was needed

Installation tech was very prompt and efficient. Had range installed properly and old range taken away in less than 1 hour. Made sure everything was working properly and answered all our questions.

I’m sure the install would have been just fine but installing the anti-tip piece ruined it all. Screwed into a copper pipe, lots of water, emergency plumber fee, etc. but Best Buy paid the tab no worries or problems.

Guys were great. Knew what they were doing. Had it installed and the old one removed in no time. Kept us informed as to exactly when they would arrive.

The 2 guys that installed my stove were very polite, competent, respectful of our property and completed their work in a timely manner.

The installation team were great, bought an open box item and for some unknown reason tape was put all over the cooktop and front glass, they took the time to remove all the residue so I had a clean oven to start.
