Delivery and Installation tech Brent from Elmore store always is cautious of your purchase and anything along the way while he is moving it into your home. Polite, professional, answers any and all questions you have and he works quickly and quietly.

The LG double stove is awesome. I love the fact that I have two ovens because I have a big family on Holidays so it makes it easy to cook several things at the same time.

They parked in our driveway which blocked our car in the garage. They left some tape on the range. But, overall, they were polite, efficient, and knowledgeable.

Best Buy delivery and installation did a great job communicating delivery time and a slight delay by text and phone call. The young men who did the install were pleasant, professional and made sure we were happy before they left. A nice experience.

Surprised this was a one person job. Tech didn't set stove into anti-tip and the stove sat out further from wall than it should have. Other techs finished this incomplete job.

We were told the installer would be there on a certain date. They called to give us a window the day before and the installer arrived right on time, installation was done and out within 15 minutes. Installer was very pleasant, knowledgeable and accommodating.

The two gentlemen that delivered and installed our Samsung Double Oven were very professional and conscientious while in our home. They also explained how to care for and use our new oven. It was a very pleasant experience.

Our install, in the end, was fine. Everything is working. However, where we live, we do not have natural gas, we are on propane. The installer, who was a third party installer, not with Best Buy, charged us $500 to convert the oven from natural gas to propane. This was nearly the cost of the new oven we had just bought. We had no idea this was coming. We might have just purchased an electric oven/range and forgot about the gas all together if we had known.

Both guys were very nice and installed my range quickly and without damaging anything. They stuck around to show me how the new range worked and I found them to be very helpful. Would highly recommend this service.

The guys were quick and efficient. I had no complaints. There was not much to the installation as they simply plugged it in. They were very neat and pleasantl to deal with. I would definitely order again from Best Buy.

What more can you ask for from night time delivery people?! No real issues but didn't go above and beyond. Conversation or some back and forth exchanges maybe? I will schedule a daytime appointment in the future.

The two men who delivered and set up my new Whirlpool electric range did a great job. They removed the old one as well. It was impressive how they put the straps under the ranges to move them, using only their muscles -- no dollys to mark u the floor.
