Best Buy is fast and efficient. Delivery drivers call ahead and are very courteous and polite and ask if we have any questions. Put into place and makes are it works.

Through no fault of installers, this did not happen. Removal of old unit and setting new unit in place. No install.

I couldn’t get my stove installed because I didn’t have the proper outlet, but the technician was really helpful in telling me what I need.

Had to purchase seperately because we did not sign up for total tech until december. wish we did total tech in the summer and we would have been coverred for free!

First time,delivery truck gps sent them ridiculous way that tall truck could not navigate. Did not bother to check that contact phone number was different than account phone number, so they just took it back to warehouse. :( Next day delivery and install was great, but oven overheated and shut down every time we tried to use it. :( Next delivery, stove was dented significantly at corner and on side, but would not get someone to give me a discount, so went back. 3rd try, days later, was a charm.

Installer did what was expected, he plugged it in and pushed it back. I ended up pulling it back out and playing with the cord to get it tighter to the wall. Glad it was $0, I would not have paid for them to do that.

From set up to concise operating verbal instructions, these folks can't be beat. So impressed I also purchased the longest plan they offered to maintain my new range. They were fun, efficient, and professional. A very happy customer!

Very knowledgeable staff that came to install my oven. Helped with showing me how to use my oven then ran the burn off cycle for me. Very friendly staff and service, even wanted to meet my dogs!!

good price, attractive, oven seems fine....only issue is burners do not heat quite as hot ( boiling water) or as quickly as the 19 year old Frigidaire glasstop it replaced.

Care was taken that the appliance was seen by me for my approval before it was brought into the home. They were careful not to bump any doorways while bringing it in. Demonstration of the range was sufficient. I would want this deliverer again if the need arose.

The installers were very knowledgeable and efficient in doing their jobs.

The delivery team arrived at earlier end of the delivery time window. They took out old stove and installed the new one very quickly, gave me pointers on its unique features and answered all of my questions. Absolutely a very pleasant and proficient experience!
