Installation went ok. One minor hiccup with with location of electric plug of old range and new, team wouldn’t wait 5 min for relocation of plug to finish installation/leveling I had to complete

I am glad that I didn't have to move this beast of a stove myself. Best buys team was great they moved it into my house effortlessly. They had the right equipment that just made things work. Everything was done within a few minutes and it saved my back worth it.

The first range that was delivered was dented in shipping. The installer installed the range and gave us everything we needed to order a brand new one at no charge. He installed the correct one within a week and I couldn’t be happier!

We had a Samsung range installed, returned and a GE range installed. Both installation crews were outstanding. This is one of the reasons that I prefer to do business with Best Buy.

The guys who delivered the oven were very intentional and careful with everything they did. They made sure nothing would be scratches or bumped, and kept everything clean. Great job!
