Received statement prior to install that precautions would be taken during install and workers would follow CDC guidelines but one of the men had his mask dangling off of chin the whole time with his mouth and nose exposed as he installed and spoke to me (definitely less than 6ft distance). Understandably it is hard to breath in masks and the it is understandable if workers loosen them up / take off when not in customers home but PUT THEM ON AND COVER MOUTH AND NOSE WHEN IN SOMEONES HOME!!!

The two gentlemen that delivered my new induction range were careful, friendly and professional. We have never been disappointed with a Best Buy appliance installation.

Installation crew was outstanding and professional. They had my dishwasher, range, refrigerator, and microwave installed in about an hour. They hauled away my old appliances as well.

Yeah it is easy enough to install a stove, but these days I am way too busy. But I always have a great experience with the Best Buy install services. Don't hesitate, just do it.

Delivery was great but the whirlpool stove was horrible. I returned it because the cooktop started blistering then the second stove did the same thing so I changed brands

I have to commend the two men who installed my new stove and the Geek Squad support. They were very knowledgable, tested the stove prior to leaving and even used a level to insure the stove was completely level.

The installer was fast and efficient. He explained that the stove should run for about 30 minutes before using in order to burn off the smell inside from the factory before cooking with it. After doing that there is no smell when I use it anymore.

The two gentlemen that delivered and installed the stove were very professional and polite. They were very careful not bumping anything in out house and explained the operation of the stove. We only had good luck with the installers from Best Buy.

I always buy the warranty, it’s the best warranty around , I have had to use the warranties I have bought a couple of times, with no complaints here. Very good people to work with.

The Best Buy team did a super job. The first range that was delivered had a malfunctioning fan that caused a vibration = so they brought me another range. - Problem solved. Great service and friendly, polite and helpful people.

The oven has both a convection and a regular bake function which is very easy to use. The glass top requires regular care to maintain its shiny surface. I would recommend Weimans glass cleaner. The best I have found PPP
