The two gentlemen who delivered our range were very nice and helpful. They installed the range and leveled it. They made sure everything was working as it should before leaving and hauled away our old range. They did a great job!

Two nice men installed my new range with care and good plan. They left all packing material in their truck. They were doing an excellent job in a timely manner. I am very happy with their service.

The only good thing about my experience was the lady that took care of us in the beginning.. the rest was a nightmare..the guy that came with out dishwasher just walked in and out and said it didn’t fit and too it back we didn’t even see the box.. he didn’t even attempted to measure anything . The microwave i had to returned twice , first one the dish didn’t rotate, the second came with a huge dent and surprisingly the guy installing it said that no one will see cause it was on the side, when my husband asked him if it was his will he keep it he had the nerve to respond oh no! it was a really stressful situation throughout.. very sad to see how fast this place has gone down hill. Everytime i tried to call the store i was transferred at least 3 times or put on hold and never got anyone back on the line. So i had to ho personally to actually waste my time to hear that someone will call me.. Just bad!!

Thank you BestBuy crew! You delivered my stove/oven on the day it was scheduled, removed my old one and hauled it away for me. They worked fast and efficiently without damaging my kitchen.

The men sent to my home to install my stove were nice and got in and deliver the items quickly and got out after taking our old stuff with them. I was pleased.

Installation was scheduled very quickly. Delivery crew was very efficient. Install was tricky due to tight space to install stove but crew was patient and was able to expertly shimmy the stove into position. Very happy with my experience.
