So far so good The couple doing the work screwed up the dishwasher Hopefully they did ok on the range

Delivered on time and hauled away my old stove. Took about 45 minutes.

The installation crew called prior to their arrival so I could leave work and meet them at my house. They courteous, professional, and completed the removal of the old oven and installed the new oven in about 30 minutes.

Really impressed by the gentleman who installed our Cafe range. The men were timely, processional, and took the time to carefully level and demonstrate our new appliance. Class act.

They called when they said they would and were very respectful. They were very careful bringing in the stove and checked it over to make sure there were no scratches or dents etc. They got right to work and took away my old stove. Very pleased.

Installers removed my old range. They were professional, polite and respected my home. Explained a couple of questions I had regarding the product. Best Buy delivery is consistently professional.

Installation team was very professional and knowledgeable for the install.

The installer made sure to take all appropriate steps when installing my range. He was concerned not to damage anything in my kitchen and had a professional attitude.

The men who delivered this were on time, knowledgeable, & courteous. Thanks again Best buy. If & when we need something else we will be goin to Best buy. Have never had any problems with anything that we purchased from Best buy.

The same excellent installers delivered and installed a range, dishwasher, and refrigerator. They were competent, efficient, and very nice people. Everything was done quickly and neatly.

3nd party installation expert did a great job way better than the geek squad. Was much more professional than my first installation with the geek squad

I purchased this a while ago and it took a while for it to be installed, I have not used it yet so I can't really rate it yet

The sales person was not very clear. We wanted the stove with the cord to be installed. We paid for the install and asked about the cord. the sales person told us it would be on the truck and it was not when they delivered the stove. The issue was resolved but it took 3 days

Even though the coil burners are old fashion my wife loves the way the heat is some much more consistent, the oven pre-heats in less then 10 minutes and seems to hold an accurate temperature.

Love this oven air frying is awesome love that it has two different sections for cooking making cooking multiple items easy

 Are use Best Buy coverage for almost everything. Anytime I have an issue with any technical device I have geek squad.
