Thank goodness installation was free since I had to some of it myself. My old stove had the anti-tip bracket installed in the wall. The new stove came with its own bracket but it looked different from one that was already in my wall from old stove. The installer said it’s fine and he didn’t need to l install new one. After he was done and left I noticed that the stove was rocking and looked lower to my counter. They never adjusted the legs and when I called them about it they said it was all fine and didn’t offer to come back and fix this issue (I even tipped them). Therefore I had to level it myself. As I did that I notice that the old bracket I had was too short like I thought and is not attached to my stove. The installers should have taken the old one off and put the new one on like I said. I already leveled the stove and now it doesn’t rock at all and I don’t think it will tip, but basically I had to do half the job that they should have done. After spending over 800 dollars on stove, the installation process should be done the right way and I shouldn’t have had to take out my tools to adjust it.

The guys that installed my range were very professional. They were friendly and knew exactly what they were doing. Would have these guys install anytime for me. Tell them I said thank you.

No problems the delivery people had it hooked put in place and operational in about 4 minutes

The movers were quick, nice and installed everything for us. It's been a year a so far no issues. We live on the second floor so having the professionals do it saved our backs.
