The installation went fast, but the over all performance was poor. Initially I thought they did well, but I specifically ask them if the range was leveled. They said it was. It wasn’t. This the second time I’ve had problems with installation from Best Buy. They’re sub-contractors suck. Make sure you review everything before you sign off

This is a pretty easy install. Carry it in, push it into place and plug it in. They did give me instructions that were helpfull.

Went from an INDUCTION stove top to an Electric Oven and needed new installation hardware, the Electric plug connection hardware is heavy duty and solid looking.

Unboxed and carried in in a matter of seconds. Hooked up clock set and explained all the features . Even called and showed up for an earlier delivery. Saved my husband from having to miss work.

...they didn't take the time to move the outlet in order for the stove to sit close to the wall. Then, I'm not sure they'd be allowed to, but they should have at least noticed and said something.

Always a getting used to it. But everything is going well. Black stainless is a little hard to see the numbers on the knobs.
