The installers did their job. Had to do some tweeking with the flooring afterward as the legs of the range were lowered as much as possible when they left but the cooktop was still a bit high.

The installation was fast! These guys know their stuff. They explained what they did, how to clean and take care of the appliances and how to change out the filter. They tested everything before they left and cleaned up, too!

Samsung stove was delivered; old one was taken away. I overestimated the complexity of installing an electric range, but it was nice to have the old one taken out and save my back the strain.

Connection was overlooked when purchased. Had to get new connection, check to make sure proper connection is there before buying any appliance. Was older home and had different connection.

The people who delivered did not want to install. I had to tell them to remove installation pieces from the range.

Intstallation guys did a very good job. Very careful moving the range through the house so as not to bump/scratch anything.

Overall rating was excellant. He was on time. Everything was done professionally and efficiently. He cleaned everything up afterwards and was pleasent and courtuous.
