    Ordered a stove 11/27. Brought wrong stove, but would have kept to avoid the hassle we now have. It is a lovely stove, just the wrong model. Turned out to be too tall in back and close to microwave above it. Then ordered exchange. They today brought gas instead of electric per order. Had to go back. Now tell us we can't get our order till 12/17. iThey say it will be that long due to "Christmas". There is obviously some ineptness somewhere in the chain, possibly at the warehouse. Seems to be of no concern to Best Buy. They have been paid. A very helpful rep got us the 12/17 date, but that was the best she was able to do. Is this common customer care.?This is not our first purchase with BB. Very odd.

    Installers didn't know the answers to my questions regarding the range. Also when range was installed the handle had some scratches in it.

    A real great experience. The installers were right on point in terms of calling ahead of arrival, and their arrival was a bit early, which, in my case, was a plus. It didn't take them long to install microwave and place the range.

    Could’ve been handled better, was within first time window. Had to pay to get electrician. No phone call was made first initial stop. Had to reschedule for installation. Driver was in such a hurry they wanted to be in & out which is understandable but very loud & obnoxious. The second team saved this review.

    The product and installation was great. Purchasing it was a bit of a nightmare, but after a lot of back and forth with Geek Squad, they finally made it right.

    The gentlemen who delivered and installed my new stove did a superb job. I have had many installations over the years. These two gentlemen did the best job I have ever had.

    The Best Buy installation crew was quick and very efficient completed the install in about 30 minutes and called ahead gave 2 hr notice.

    Installation for my range was quick and easy. The Geek Squad employee showed me all about the new range and gave me some great pointers. The dual oven is fantastic. I wish LG made a double oven slide in electric stove.

    the installers did not complete project said cord was preventing the range from being tight to wall or drawer would not close - i was not home - came home had to cut drywall to push range back - had private contractor secure plug and range was against wall missing romex connector and anti-tip - 2nd install team were able to push against wall and said drawer would not close - they left range was 1/2inch out of level and one leg was not adjusted down - I 73 years old, had to complete with my wife, 69 years old - have been a loyal best buy customer and am thoroughly disappointed and frustrated with the installers incompetence - I have been in construction for over 30 years

    ok i was really impressed with the geek squad install I feel they did a great job very through and professional. Let me know day of when about they would be there and definitely use best but for future installs!

    Guys were polite and worked hard, wired up initially incorrectly which required them to have to take it back out which irritated the lead guy, as a result he pulled the stove out too quickly and rotated it fast and scratched my floor, fail right there!! Worked properly second time, also didn’t level it with the top of the counter tops but I said nothing as I didn’t want my floor scratched again. Adjusted it to the correct height myself without the floor damage.

    BEST BUY DOES A GREAT JOB ALWAYS!!! I USE THEM FOR EVERYTHING AND NEVER DISSAPOINTED..INSTALLERS VERY PROFESSIONAL ON TIME AND WORKED QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY WITH MASKS ON ..
