Range was delivered November 30 2024 1st cooked on left front burner Friday December 6 2024 The pot was not on High but surface started to melt See photo attached I did call in for Replacement Nice Range but surface is defective. Whirlpool Range

This is a Great Oven. For the money I love it would recommend it to any one

Something you may not have known about the KitchenAid range is it is very, very heavy. I had to have them come up a hill and bring it in the back door which is where my kitchen is. I had no idea it was so heavy. The guys had to put more effort into getting this oven in place because my other oven had trim along the floor and it had to be taken out to fit. Guess my carpenter fitted my old oven in very tight. Then they also took off all the blue protective covering and that took longer than we thought, but it did protect the range. They did and awesome job and they were very, very nice. I was thankful they didn't mind my 80 pound 2 year old puppy acting dog.

Works as expected and installed properly by technicians

The easiest delivery I’ve had thus far. The guys arrived on time and hooked the new range up quickly and took care as to not damage any of the frame trim nor the range. They even hauled my prior unit across the street to my mother’s home. It was just a ways past their truck - they didn’t hesitate and were so kind to move it over there, I had been worried that the crew might decline and I’d need to rent a utility dolly to move it myself. I so appreciate their kindness and help with everything!

The two men you contracted were fast, polite, and neat (one of them cleaned up scuff marks from his boots without our having said anything). Moreover, they seemed to know absolutely everything a person could possibly know about installing stoves, including this one. Believe me: The guys who redid our shower fumbled and scratched their heads in spite of the fact that redoing baths and showers is all their company does.

Delivery men removed packaging, plugged range into the 220V outlet and positioned the appliance in its place.

Instillation was done quickly and easy. Will use again if we need any other appliances.

The Range did not come with Owner's Manual. Excellent stove. Ian in love with it.

Good service quick installation. Easy and simple delivery

To me, installation means fully installing the appliance. This was a slide-in range. Yes, the Best Buy crew unpacked and delivered the new range and hauled the old one away. The small amount I had to pay fully justified the expenditure for those services alone, but I needed more. This was a slide-in range that had to go between granite counter tops. The crew would not even plug the range in! I had to do that myself. And when the range slid in, there was a 3 inch granite piece behind the stove that kept the stove from going all the way in. It looked removable, and one of the installers suggested I use a mallet to try and get it off the wall. I was not willing to do that, so they had to leave the stove the way it was until I could pull it out and investigate further. When I did, I discovered that the granite piece was removable. It had been glued with adhesive to a board which was attached with screws. I removed the screws and out it came. Hitting it with a mallet while it was screwed to the wall would have been a total disaster. I am somewhat handy, and was able to slide the unit out to accomplish the necessary modification, and then slide it back in. but still had to hire a contractor to remove a part of the glued down kitchen floor boards to get the stove level. The floor had been installed after the original cabinetry, and the front stove legs were on top of the wood, even after it had been pushed to the back wall and after the removal of the granite piece. Bear this in mind when replacing a slide-in appliance! To me the very small delivery and installation charge was worth it to get the stove in the house and the old one hauled away, but it may not get the installation fully done if adjustments are needed. I am recommending this service for the cost but buyer beware of hidden issues!

The installer was able to quickly and easily install this range in the same place my older range was.

I had a stove delivered. The guys were professional in taking the old one out as requested and getting the new one in to the trailer. He taught me a little bit about the digital controls, since it was a open box that didn't come with any paperwork

The professionalism, care, and cleanliness of the installation guy for my stove was AMAZING. Not only did he install the new stove, but he actually took the time to show me how it works which was completely unexpected.

as a single mom I have to do everything, but obviously I can't carry a stove or a fridge on my car, they were really nice and told me the features,

Very please with the product only bad thing about it is that the nobs are very sensitive when you come close to them they turn on. My contractor was doing some job in the kitchen and accidentally came close to it and olmos burn the whole house. So be careful.
