To me, installation means fully installing the appliance. This was a slide-in range. Yes, the Best Buy crew unpacked and delivered the new range and hauled the old one away. The small amount I had to pay fully justified the expenditure for those services alone, but I needed more. This was a slide-in range that had to go between granite counter tops. The crew would not even plug the range in! I had to do that myself. And when the range slid in, there was a 3 inch granite piece behind the stove that kept the stove from going all the way in. It looked removable, and one of the installers suggested I use a mallet to try and get it off the wall. I was not willing to do that, so they had to leave the stove the way it was until I could pull it out and investigate further. When I did, I discovered that the granite piece was removable. It had been glued with adhesive to a board which was attached with screws. I removed the screws and out it came. Hitting it with a mallet while it was screwed to the wall would have been a total disaster. I am somewhat handy, and was able to slide the unit out to accomplish the necessary modification, and then slide it back in. but still had to hire a contractor to remove a part of the glued down kitchen floor boards to get the stove level. The floor had been installed after the original cabinetry, and the front stove legs were on top of the wood, even after it had been pushed to the back wall and after the removal of the granite piece. Bear this in mind when replacing a slide-in appliance! To me the very small delivery and installation charge was worth it to get the stove in the house and the old one hauled away, but it may not get the installation fully done if adjustments are needed. I am recommending this service for the cost but buyer beware of hidden issues!

Everything was set up and ready to go! They showed us how to use it and warned us how quickly it heats up!

Delivery and install was fantastic! The installers were very professional. They installed the range quickly and answered all questions I had about the range. Couldn’t be happier with the delivery and install.

Fast installation. They were on top of it, got the anti-tip brackets installed and it was placed. They leveled it out and made sure it was the right height at my countertop.

The delivery/install was exactly what I asked for. They even provided a wrench to help me unhook my prior stove.

I had to make some minor adjustments because the original wall oven was dated from the early 2000's added 240 hard wire to support the massive cookware. The installers just came right in and hooked them up with no problems at all.

Two great guys delivered my new stove. They carried it up to my second flight. Usually I hear bump bump bump up the stairs and always wonder about the appliance. But I was impressed that it didn’t happen because they just carried it up. Friendly service. I always use Best Buy for my appliances, partly because of the I store service but also because of their outstanding delivery

The men were very efficient and had my range going fast. Highly recommend their service.

They did an excellent job removing the old unit and getting the new one in. Were very helpful in getting me a discount due to some cosmetic damage to the unit that took place during its construction. They were grwat at their job and very clear in the information they provided as well

I am so excited over my range. I originally was ordering from HD but after they pushed my order back two months I went to Best Buy. They were able to deliver within days. The delivery guys were extremely courteous, friendly, and professional. They showed up within the chosen timeframe. They unpacked everything outside and installed quickly. They disposed of all packaging. I couldn’t be happier

I absolutely love my new stove. I’m still in a learning curve but so far so good. The stove top burner variety is great. Lots of options. The oven has been a bit more challenging to learn. But I moved from a stove that was 28 years old to that one. Big Difference! Love the WiFi connection.

Delivery and installation of the LG stove was awesome. The crew members were friendly and professional. They came on time and installed the appliance with care.

Great! My new stove on the top began to chip. The company ordered a new top, the top was ordered three times, all three came back damaged so Best Buy replaced the stove with a new one!

These guys were experts--knew how to quickly unload, remove the old appliance and get the new one in in less than 15 minutes. They also did it so effortlessly that there was not a scratch on my (too-soft) linoleum floor nor anywhere else in their path. Best Buy needs to hang onto treasures like these two!

Michael delivered and set up my new range with his helper they were very professional and friendly. I was notified via text and phone call when he was in route. He arrived on time and worked in a very timely manner.
