The installation was very quick and the gentlemen knew what they were doing.

My oven was installed correctly the first time. The installers were courteous and cleaned up after themselves. Also, they hauled away my old stove and I was pleased with the removal.

Best Buy set up was the best service that we received. Our family was very happy with their punctuality, set up, instructions and especially that was no mess in or out our house. Best service ever.

I chose Best Buy since L---'- delivery system is beyond screwed up! Best Buy provided accurate, reliable, knowledgeable delivery info/details to me. Everything went smoothly. The delivery leader and his crew were the best I've encountered. They answered my many questions, provided important extra information, provided tips for use, leveled the oven and stayed to check the functions. Superb experience.

The team that delivered my range did it efficiently and swiftly even though presented with various obstacles. The fellows had to squeeze through two tight junipers at our walk entrance. Had to maneuver around a wrought iron rail on the front porch. Had to squeeze into the small kitchen that was narrowed by our room divider counter and the laundry center! They did this all with smiles while lifting the range with those cool straps! And the coup de gras being, they weren't intimidated by my old electric outlet in our 60 yr old kitchen! They inspected it for wear, said it was just fine and plugged in the range for it's test drive. Did a good job explaining all the functions. So, yes, i would highly recommend this team.

We purchased a new range and the delivery team was top notch. They took great care when installing our new unit. They had all the tools and accessories necessary for the instal and were done in no time. We were very satified with their service.

Marcus and Fernando installed 2 microwaves. One for my home an then one for my mom. The refitted my backsplash to accommodate the microwave and leveled everything to flush. Looks like a new home installation!

I would recommend this be installed by the installers. Their knowledge and having the right tools to get it done means a lot. The insulation went quickly and without any issues. I would recommend others

The installers arrived within the 4 hour window, called about 20 minutes before arrival. Moved quickly and were very careful both in removing the old stove and replacing with the new one. They also took a few minutes to give me some basic instructions on how to use it. All in all I think they took about 20 minutes time. Easy and efficient. Very happy with their services.

Crew of 2 technicians completed the task very fast, area left clean, they informed and instructed us about the product and functions. The old range was taken away All was done within about 20 min.

They showed up in the time frame they said they would. They called ahead. They were careful with my appliance as not to damage it. It was installed perfectly. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

The install team was on time, knowledgeable, and quick. They walked us through the details for how to use the oven and were off. I'd let Best Buy handle my appliance installation again.
