The guys that installed my range were great. They were on-time, friendly and most importantly, careful when carrying in my new electric range. My only critique, they didn't level it.

Range was very easy to install just hook up the electric cord to it three prong or four prong or whatever your house has easy installation

I ordered my appliances online, without seeing in person so I was very excited to love the look of this stove! Has a little bit of an industrial look which works great in my house! Very attractive!

Worse delivery/installation experience ever. Delivery/Installation team did not level stove to counter height nor install anti-tilt bracket nor did they remove protective covering from stainless steel parts of the range. Obviously, these were outside contractors hired by Best Buy doing the delivery/installation and spoke limited English and unfortunately, my Spanish is limited as well. After the team left, I had to get my level and wrench out to adjust and level stove on my own. Being disabled, this was a challenge but had to be done. I did not have the agility to install the anti-tip bracket but since it's just my wife and I, Hopefully we won't lean on the over door at anytime to put the range in that type of situation where the bracket is needed. The range itself is quality product and is satisfactory.

Installation was great. the Stove itself...not so much. Confusing knobs making it difficult determining which circle burner you have on. Top is difficult to keep clean. Stove top heats up slowly and then runs hot. Cools down slowly. Oven cooks unevenly. A ceramic top stove I had 20 years ago was a middle of the line stove and was superior to this top of the line stove.

The installers were wonderful. Somebody before had cut holes in the floor so they didn't have to pull the range out to lay the new floor. But the range was tilted toward the back. The installers got the old range out with no problem and got the new one leveled perfectly and you can't see the holes in the floor.

stainless is a constant clean but the frig works great.

The installers were prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable on the installation of my new range. They arrived during the time frame of my appointment.

The installer did an amazing job removing all the grime from old stove and reinstalling the new anti tip device and making stove very level along with cleaning up everything afterwards!

Quick service. The stove worked well after installing. The old stove was removed easily.

BB didn’t get the hole in the back lined up with the outlet, so oven stuck out several more inches than it should. Husband fixed and all was good.
