Great service and friendly. Installing requires taking off back panel and connecting wires - easy enough to do oneself but I appreciate having the connection guaranteed by a professional.

Service was fast and the technician installed the microwave with no issues. He had to run additional wires for the exhaust which was all included in the original cost.

It appears that if your range is sitting on concrete, they do not have tools/permission to drill into concrete. It would have been really nice to know this in advance. My home was 30 years old ( I have had it for 16 years) and there wasn't one on the old range, nor did I know anything about it since I hadn't purchased a range (as part of a new home) since 1990 and the requirement came out in 1991 and I just never heard about it. I have a 5 year old, so it is a bit important to me. Everything else about the delivery and "clean up" was excellent.

I forget the installers company name but it started with "Pacific". This appointment had been incorrectly logged as a haul-away appointment instead of an installation appointment (delivery of new range and haul-away of old range had been done). I called several times the week leading up to get it changed and the customer service could not accomplish that. The crew showed up and asked about the haul-away. I explained the situation and they flexed on the spot and installed the new range instead. Well done by them.
