The Installation was awesome .. great job by the installers .. They arrived on time and did a great job. Very friendly and knowledgeable ... seamless installation ...

The oven was delivered on Monday, and due to scheduling confusion, the installation did not occur until Wednesday. When the oven was delivered, the delivery people said they were only allowed to place the oven close to where it would eventually go and that the installers would have to remove it from it's packaging. The installers came at around 6pm, so I was likely their last stop of the night. They were unfamiliar with the steps to install the electric oven and seemed surprised that the oven was still in its packaging, so there was poor coordination between the two "teams". The installation team was also very surely and did not do a good job installing the oven, so once it was in place, I let them go, since they seemed inconvenienced by a late job. Upon further inspection I found it was uneven and a bottom panel was loose. I would like this fixed please!

First thing in the morning and within a half an hour of arrival, the installers had our electric range installed and operating. Left us with the rest of our day to do things we had to do and not worry about what time they were going to show and do the install

I installed it myself. It doesn’t require any installation just plug into the outlet.

Install guys were super. Quick, on time and got it done.

I paid a little extra to have my stove delivered to my home. I did not want to deal with the hassle of pick this up at the store and installing it myself. The delivery guys texted me the day before, to let know what time they would arrive and they were with on time! They installed my new stove with no issue. I am pleased with the delivery and the attention to detail from the delivery team! Kudos to those young men!

Brian was personable, knowledgeable and careful with the installation of our stove. The team that installed our fridge led by Pablo was super, too. Could not have been more pleased!

Installers were on time, fast and professional. They took the boxes etc with them. Won’t ever purchase anything thru Best Buy without having them install it for me.

Men did a good job doing the install. Very efficient.

nice and friendly people but they missed a few issues. They didn't level range until I asked them. Range also stuck out from counter edge, so I asked them to see what problem was. They told me it was not an install issue. The problem was that they didn't clear cord away from back of range so the range pushed against cord instead of butting up against back wall. I had to move cord away myself, which allowed range to meet up against back wall.

The installers did an excellant job, smooth and easy.

They were on time, efficient, helpful, friendly. I appreciated everything, and the new owners are pleased with the end result.

Installation of the Range was a challenge for the installers. They overcame! They were professional, thorough, and knowledgeable.

My range was installed well. So far i dont have any complaints. I will keep you posted.

Quick and professional! Team complied with covid guidelines. Moro used an overview of the range. Made sure I didn’t have questions.

The stove was installed with a new 6 ft cord. The cord was too long for this installation. When the stove is pushed to the wall, the cord bunches up keeping the stove 5 - 6 inches from the wall. I am not happy about this. I will have to go purchase a 3 ft cord and replace it so my stove sets in the space the way it is supposed to.

Installers put it in with no issues and were in and out in less than 20 mins. Nice guys.

The gentlemen who delivered my replacement range were early, polite and efficient. However, having had this experience once before, I noticed that they did not take time to level it, clean it off, or to give me instructions regarding the "burn off" procedure. Nor, did they take time to demonstrate how to overate the different burners with different functions.

Yaz was fantastic and professional in the installation. A breath of fresh air in a world where customer service seems to be disappearing
