Our installer was friendly, helpful and professional. He offered lots of tips, allowed us time to clean under old appliances and made sure all was working perfectly!

Delivery company should have at least two people. I had to assist the delivery guy get the new range up the stairs to our home. An elderly person would have been in trouble. The Delivery guy did a great job, checked everything out to be sure it worked.

delivery was right on time. It was installed quickly and the old stove removed. The basic operation of the stove was explained and the techs were very polite.

The two gentleman who installed the range were considerate and thoughtful. They took care in installing the ranged were thorough in reviewing the features before leaving.

Install plug; level range; done in 10 minutes what's not to like. Did I mention the flight of stairs they had to navigate? Still no problem...

The delivery guys from Best Buy did an outstanding job. They arrived when they said they would and they installed my stove without any issues.

Good workmanship but I have an issue with the MANDATORY 'anti-tip bracket' that was installed. The anti-tip bracket prevents the range from falling forward when the oven door is opened. While it does the job, it's design prevents the stove from being moved forward, left or right even slightly. Because the bracket is located behind and at the bottom of the unit out of reach it makes the task of cleaning behind or beside the stove very difficult. It needs to be replaced with a flexible device. When you find one. Let me know.
