The installers did a great job and were extremely helpful!

I like having the technician do everything for me. Plug and play. No watching Youtube videos trying to figure it out. i don't have time to fool around. Time is money.

Had electric Rage delivered and old one removed. Installers were not great. 1st when unloading the range off truck the guy just shoved the empty dolly off the truck where it slammed to the ground illustrating how much care they use. They plugged in the range and shoved it in place, no leveling no testing. It wobbled and was completely unlevel. They DID NOT install the anti-tip bracket as they are supposed to do. I asked they said that was only for mobile homes. Also said they couldn't drill into tile or drywall to install because they don't have anything on the truck to drill into tile. Clearly they just didn't want to do it. I had to pull it back out and reinstall it myself so it was level. At the end of install the presented me with a form to sign that was completely blank. It was was a quality checklist that listed what they were supposed to do and they hadn't done much of it. I should have refused to sign it but I just wanted them gone. I wonder what the form looked like when they turned it in...I'm sure every box was checked that they done it.

Best Buy set it up to have delivery and installation at the same time which was very convenient. All went quick and smooth.

The guys that delivered my stove was very careful not to damage it in any way. They connected it to the power and was very fast and they made it look so easy !

The Best Buy installer was quick and efficient and took great care bringing the range in and taking the old one out without doing any damage to my floors, He also took some time to show me some of the aspects of the oven. I was very pleased with the installation.

Instillation of the new electric Range went smooth. Took out the old stove and placed the new stove quickly.
