Very cooperative
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When the electric range was installed, we didn't realize that it was deeper than the range that it replaced, even though it was exactly the same in all other dimensions. It protruded into the kitchen area so much that we couldn't open a the door of a cabinet next to the oven. We called Best Buy Service Team and they came and were able to adjust the cord behind the oven and push the range further against the back wall, so that now we can open the cabinet door. We appreciate the extra service!

All on time, removal of the old equipment and sealing of the gas line went without complication and the new range was installed and operating within roughly 30 minutes. The team is very professional and courteous.
