Better then Lowes delivery

They answered all my questions and even took the time to make sure the item was working. They showed me all the features and made sure that I was satisfied before leaving.

Fantastic Service, Worth It

The reps gave me a heads up once they were heading to my house, as requested. so I had plenty of time to leave work and head home for the delivery. They took away my old range and quickly installed the new, giving a few start up tips as well. Love working with Best Buy!

LOVE My Best Buy Delivery, Install & Pick Up Teams

Great installation process - thorough & careful

They showed it to us and were very concerned that the electronics were damaged inside. We had them install it anyway, and asked BestBuy if they would ship us a replacement if it didn't work (they said they would). The range worked fine when installed and the dent is not visible in the space between our cabinets. We have only good things to say about the guys who installed our range - they were terrific!

I believe this wasn't their route, and they were filling in for someone, but on the day of our installation, they did a fantastic job.
