Quick and Professional Installer

Good, Friendly Service

The delivery men were friendly and efficient. One of them noticed a small dent after unboxing the oven. They let me know right away and reported it to Best Buy. While they were still installing the oven, I received a call from customer service, and we worked to resolve the issue.

I feel bad for the delivery guys when they have to take off damaged items and then take them back because the guy with the forklift in the warehouse was carless with loading the items

Complicated Install

We had to hire an electrician and he installed. So we didn’t have to call Best Buy back to complete the install. Appointment time was accurate.

They arrived about 30-40 minutes before the "end" of my delivery window, and we're very apologetic for being "late" (they weren't!). They had the old one out and the new one up and running in under 30 minutes.
