The first delivery was a nightmare -- they destroyed our new range by banding it too tight. Buckled the side and door and broke all the glass out. After much haggling, an exact replacement range was scheduled to be delivered; they neglected to actually follow through on the promised date. Third appointment was finally great! Installers were wonderful - very careful, thoughtful, and friendly. We were without a range for almost two weeks, but are glad that it ultimately worked out.

These guys were very professional and got in and out quickly. My wife was home with our newborn and they totally respected our home, time, and situation.

Bought new Kitchen Aid appliances for our lake condo renovation. It challenging at first to find a store to deliver to our location for a reasonable cost and install. Wish I had thought of Best Buy sooner. I guess most people associate them with electronics. Geek Squad delivery was spot on. On time, freindly and professional. Even waited while electrician finished wiring the range plug and found a small dent in one of my fridge drawers. They ordered a replacement drawer, which has already arrived. Highly recommend.

BestBuy's installation team is the best! From arrangements at purchase to the frequent contact from the Geek Squad schedulers, they kept us in the loop through trying weather conditions. The great service continued from the time their truck arrived. The in-home installers are knowledgeable, courteous and quick workers. All that was left when they were done, in under 20 minutes, was a beautiful range perfectly installed. My thanks and appreciation to everyone on the BestBuy team! They are an important asset to Rapid City, SD.

Delivery guys were quick and and professional...Had the stove up and running in a short time

Pros: were on time, called ahead to make sure i was home, did not cause any damage when moving the old stove out or moving the new one in, and discussed what i wanted or needed before getting started. Cons: these guys must be in high demand as the first available appointment was 2 weeks out. Other Thoughts: they remove all the packaging and trash from the appliance outside and took all of their trash with them. i was a little worried that this might allow scratches or dents as they moved it into the house but, they breezed in and out without even the slightest bump.

The installers called before they arrived and installed the range with ease. They also pointed out what to do for the first use. They were very professional.

Arrived on time,unhooked and removed old appliance,installed new, making sure it was working properly cleaned up everything before leaving.

Sean and John, the guys who did our delivery, install and haul away, were absolutely wonderful! Kind, friendly, professional and so so thorough! Made sure everything was just right, and we couldn't ask for more. So awesome we actually left a separate review for each task they did for us. These guys are great!

the first installer was not great and could not find the gas line, then the scheduling messed up. when they finally got it right the third time, the installation was excellent. fast, professional and courteous. i only wish it hadn't taken 3 weeks but happy in the end
