The two Best Buy guys who delivered and installed it were so very professional and knowledgeable. David and Diego out of Florida are a great asset to Best Buy. They had it installed and tied down in no time and spent the time to go through the oven features with us and answered our questions. Even though they still had deliveries to make, they arrived within the timeframe, called ahead to narrow the time down even more, and we did not feel rushed at all. The absolute BEST delivery experience we have ever had.

Purchase range installed. Was great not having to remove old range and installing new one. Plus the carted off the old range in there truck. Didn't have worry about arranging for pick up by my trash service.

It does the job I’d buy again and I am happy with this purchase.

Workmanship is above average, but still needs more improvement to earn 5 stars. Lacks attention to details, and did not go above and beyond the expected task. They did get the job done.

The service men did a great job removing and installing the new stove. They went through the basics on how to start using the stove and answered all my questions. They left everything clean and tidy.

Would recommend the install service, it was free with the purchase and they a good job with the Install, quick and efficient.

Although I was told by Best Buy that the installers will be definitely installing the anti-tip bracket, when the delivery showed up and I mentioned the bracket to them, they were very confused. They said that they never had to install one, so my husband ended up doing it himself. As for the basic check of the range, they did check one of the burners, and pre-heated the oven to 450 degrees to make sure it all works.

The installation was professional, clean and well down.
