Stuck socks

However every time we use it at least one to two pieces of clothing gets stuck in the rubber seal. This blocks the drain and the clothing that is stuck comes out unclean and soaking wet. This happens every single load of laundry:/

Surprised by the cheap quality of product

It’s almost 1 week later and water is still on the washer molding and in the detergent draw cups. I called the manufacturer. A repair person is suppose to come next week. The water is in 4 different parts of the molding. Which is a concern for mold. Because no other loads of laundry have been washed in there since the initial test empty load.

Broken after 2 loads

Customer service was of little help and sent to a local repair company that couldn't come for a week so returned unit.

Only to having delivery postponed twice so I cancelled my order to credit back my charge card and avoid any more interest charges. I now see it’s back ordered.

It was a Whirlpool that I was even embarrassed to donate & it was only 4 years old! An impeller model. Couldn’t wait to see if this could surpass it

To help prevent mold buildup on the insulation of your Frigidaire washer, we recommend regularly cleaning the door seal and detergent dispenser, leaving the washer door slightly open after each use to allow air circulation, and running a cleaning cycle with an appropriate washer cleaner or a vinegar/baking soda solution periodically.

Poor Quality Washer

I just bought this washer in April of 2022. Very expensive and now it’s ruining my clothes. The washer is snagging all of my nice clothes and causing it to rip. Their customer service at Electrolux has been horrible. I think when you spend this kind of money which is ridiculously expensive you should have the company stand behind its quality.
