Today, I had to call a repairman to replace the cylinoide to the cold water. I bought this set for the name brand and great reviews. VERY DISAPPOINTED and angry. The repairman says give it 5-7 business days to receive the part, I doubt that. I expect 3-4 weeks. If not longer.

The most common reason your washer makes banging sounds during the spin cycle is that an unbalanced load has thrown it out of whack. When you put your dirty clothes in your machine, make sure to distribute them evenly in the drum. Heavy items mixed with lighter ones can cause it to spin unevenly. Don't waste your money

Within 2 weeks, the washer would no longer drain. We were having to scoop water out of the tub. I called Electrolux support and was very unhappy about how they treated me. Spoke with Best buy support and they were extremely helpful and helped us return it.

Stuck socks

However every time we use it at least one to two pieces of clothing gets stuck in the rubber seal. This blocks the drain and the clothing that is stuck comes out unclean and soaking wet. This happens every single load of laundry:/
