I wish it had more capture space as well as 120 hz would be amazing. Does have trouble disconnecting from streaming software occasionally a pain to recconect for capture through the app.

My unit goes into a powered thunderbolt dock so I can use my console without a computer present

The previous hd60x worked fine. This might be a great product for Xbox or PlayStation 5, and newer tvs, but I ended up deciding to return this and stick with the hd60x.

I wish it felt a bit "sturdier" as it's quite light and feels like it can easily fall off of a surface by accident.

My only complaint is that it won't passthrough 144hz @ 4k for me because my monitor uses dsc. My monitor is older though so this shouldn't affect most people.

Their support team gave me the typical troubleshooting guide and nothing worked. Then instead of sending me a shipping label for an RMA and testing the device and repairing it or replacing it, they wanted me to install their proprietary software on my pc for diagnostics. This isn't how you should do business and it's awful customer service. Dont buy this unless you want a $200+ dollar paperweight in under a year.
