It says no signal when I try to record in 4k even though I have all the requirements in my setup. This all could just be user error though, I’m not sure yet.

Ultimate. Despite a little adjustment here and there for the audio, there were no problems using this device

Posted .Hey there! For the best performance and minimal input lag, make sure to use the HDMI passthrough (HDMI Out). That way, you’ll get a direct signal with no noticeable latency.
