Easy to use even for beginners and also Amazing quality.

Worked great when I had it, I would def recommend getting the 4k60 version.

This is a decent option if you don't want to use your console to do it. There are many others from Elgato but this is a good capable unit. With that being said you need to ensure that your PC can handle it. The software is easy to use. To do it right however will cost more to have proper production. Camera, microphone, lighting, green screen are not necessary but to stream and be successful you will want those things.

I mainly purchased this so I can play my switch while using my PC audio setup, and it works rather well. The one issue is that if the device I am recording from is turned off and back on, the software makes popping noises until I restart the software. Otherwise this little box does its job very well.

I don't stream I just like to use my computer set up to play switch games instead of the tv, without messing around with the HDMI ports. For that purpose this card works great. software is easy to use if not a little bloated for my purposes but I understand that my purpose in using it is kinda bare bones.

I love using this with my Xbox One S. It records perfectly and allows me to play and record with no worries about loss of connection or loss of quality on the recording. Only some slight adjustments had to be made to get it working with Party Chat, but I would recommend this to anyone getting started in gameplay recording!

This is pretty self explanatory if you are buying this. You want to take a step into streaming and want to capture at the same time. Elgato does just that. Their software is very user friendly and take a minute to learn. From that point on, their hardware as well as wires needed are all included. The pictures for set up is very easy that even a child can do it.

The purchase from Best Buy was easy and flawless. They even price matched a lower price from amazon. It truly was a breeze. However, for those of you looking to stream, I'd recommend using something else. The elgato only works with elgato software, so you're limited with how much you can really do while streaming. Works great as a capture card, and still does a decent job with its streaming software.

This is great for streaming and recording videos from a console.

I want to first start by saying the product is good, works great on my MacBook Pro smoothly so far. However I was unhappy with the fact Best Buy sold me an open box product at a closed box price! I opened the box and the cords we untwisted and caps removed from HDMI cables. Not sure if product was used or not. The box had been taped up as if nobody used it.

This is what got me started streaming. I have since updated, but with 1080p passthrough, you don't need anything else other than a PC to get started with your flashy new streaming setup. Set this puppy up for 720p60, let OBS do the rest, and start your climb up the ladder on Facebook or Twitch.

One of the best starter capture cards on the market and best overall. This is a great component for any beginner or starter gaming setup, being able to stream or record your console gameplay to Twitch or YouTube. Simple setup, it's perfect. We'll see how it handles in the long run.

The price on this is pretty spot on, and it works great. If you're trying to capture any HDMI footage into a computer, this is the way to go. Works with all the OBS software, with one minor caveat. If you have resolution or audio issues, open the Elgato software up and let it reset the device, should be good to go after that.

I bought this capture card because the cam link was sold out. It was not a bad choice at all especially for my Sony a5100. I use both to live stream and got great quality. There was one issue I had where the camera wasn't being detected but after some troubleshooting from you tube, I was able to get it working again and haven't had the problem since.
