Love the HD60+s. It’s a bit of a workaround, but definitely works when streaming from streamlabs OBS on a mid 2012 MacBook Pro

Easy to use , had to get the elgato link or some sort of splitter if I was using and I wanted to be able to hear people in my .party

This is my second capture card of this kind. I got another to be able to use on a separate set up and am loving it. Very easy to use and user friendly.

I love most of El Gato's gear but this capture card has had some issues that are well known yet still popping up. Overall the game capture is good and the software is straight forward. The issue are the little nuances that you don't pick up right away, especially if you are newish to making game vids. Things like your mic needing to be offset because otherwise your words and lips won't sync up in editing. There are a ton of ways people say to fix this in editing, variable frames versus constant frames; etc. All of it comes down to the offset in settings. There is also a disk use issue where the HD60 S creates additional files that are proprietary to the game capture software El Gato uses. Your capture files will grow and take up more room on your PC than what you are most likely anticipating due to this, and it's all stuff that that is not useful in your editing software and you will need to carefully manually delete yourself (I have not found a better option although the internet is full of opinions). A few captures had some frame rate issues. I also seemed to have a harder time dialing in the right settings to balance game quality, frame rate, resolution, and file size. I now use the HD60 S to capture and frame out my console in Streamlabs and record using the Streamlabs platform. So much easier than using all the El Gato stuff. So bottom line, get it for capturing console gameplay, but use another software platform to actually record and create files to edit later.

If you like to upload and record your Gameplay this is the item to go to with the editing software you can do so many things to make amazing videos of your games.

Best capture card I've used. Great color capture and no input lag, software is easy and convenient to use.

Excellent for gameplay captures for various consoles and works well with OBS. Ended up getting this when it was on sale for $130(?)

Works amazing, super easy to use, and haven’t had any issues with it whatsoever. Even great to use for people who aren’t super tech savvy.

You may pay a bit more for this capture card but it is definitely worth the money! It is easy to use and the streaming quality is great!

Bought this for my stepson so he can game online during covid...he said this is the best thing ever, works well, easy to use

This thing works surprisingly well. The wife and I like to twitch stream game night and it works perfectly from the switch.

I’ve been wanting this to start streaming on my Nintendo switch and I got it on sale a few weeks ago. It’s working good so far.
