She has yet to use it. I guess I should have asked more question b4 my purchase. It does not wrk with her computer. I place to visit the store when time allows and find out what the problem is. As far as the product I guess it works and seems to b good quality.

Once I installed it, it completely hijacked the audio and I have not been able to restore system audio since removing it from my computer. I was forced to get a 32" TV as a monitor so sound would come through the HDMI cable, but my external speakers still sit silent.

I was using my xbox, hooked into this capture card and streaming through my PC and it had been working flawlessly. Definitely an upgrade to avoid loss frames. I only returned it so I can upgrade from 1080 to 4k as I own the xbox x, which can do 4k.
