She has yet to use it. I guess I should have asked more question b4 my purchase. It does not wrk with her computer. I place to visit the store when time allows and find out what the problem is. As far as the product I guess it works and seems to b good quality.

I know this sounds contradictory but the software can be finicky to use and crashes however this physical device itself has never failed to me. It's durable portable and produces excellent results

I was using my xbox, hooked into this capture card and streaming through my PC and it had been working flawlessly. Definitely an upgrade to avoid loss frames. I only returned it so I can upgrade from 1080 to 4k as I own the xbox x, which can do 4k.

Item works great once it is setup properly. I used a USB-C to USC-C cable (not included) to save ports instead of the provided USB-C to USC 3.0 cable to a laptop which runs kind of finicky.
