Capture card can be finicky sometimes it wouldn't recognize on my computer had to constantly be plugging and unplugging on usb 3.0 port. I didn't have the patience to work through the bugs since i think for the price point it should be a simple plug and play solution. You also need to purchase the chat audio link separate not included in order to have audio recorded during chat.
