The slots on the device I received were broken so wires instantly fall out after being inserted. I had to tape my cables into the Hd60. Waste of money.

Works as expected. On really long videos the sound seems to be slightly misaligned from the video. This can easily be fixed with imovie or other video editing software.

audio stuttering and visual skipping/tuttering is fairly common. won't knwo it happens to you until it does, which sounds about as stupid as it is.

I tried this game capture device because of its popularity. I didn't like it and I had so many issues trying to set it up. I was over it, so I returned it.

I would give it 5 stars but it isn't just plug and go like you would think and the software that it has you download isnt good i just use streamlabs obs instead

I will give the Game Capture Card an average rating only because I don’t think my grandson has used it yet.

I’m not sure but didn’t do well with my Labtop / ps4 probably try desktop for the next time I have to get it done

Doesn’t work with most cameras as advertised... definitely do your research. Works better with gaming systems.

(Using for Nintendo Switch) Some of the software is a little buggy and doesn't capture it all the time.

It did not come with an instruction manual so we have still not been able to use it. I hope I can figure it out soon so I didn’t waste my money.

didn't work with my pc that I felt had enough power to run it.. plus delivery I paid extra for and got 3 days late.

I originally purchased this to act as a capture device for my GoPro Hero 7 given that webcams are practically non-existent these days, but it was impossible to get it to play well on macOS with Google Meet / Hangouts. I'd strongly recommend going for at minimum the HD 60S+ instead, or the CamLink for that purpose.

This capture card is great when it works. It takes me about 5 tries of closing the software, resetting the card and googling the troubleshoot of the day to get the thing to work. Very often it wont be picking up game audio, or gameplay and you have to go through a million different steps just to get it to work. i wouldn't recommend this

Not supported with all computers... your computer must have a 3.0 port to run this device..

Great Product, Unfortunately Doesn’t Work With Wireless Headset Which Is Quite A Bummer.

There are requirements to operate efficiently to gaming pc that are not listed on website. ie: i5 processor, etc

It's ok. I've used some better capture devices, but for it's price it's ok.

My son loved it he streams all his games and the price couldn't have been better for black friday

Unfortunately, Elgato has a monopoly on the capture card market so there isn't anywhere else to turn to. When I first got this it worked out great just plug-n-play and got streaming right away. A month or so later without anything else changing I started getting no audio. Now I had to install a bunch of different Elgato software that messed with all of my computer settings just to get it to work. Usually, there are straight forward youtube tutorials on bugs with products but every tutorial I could find had a different solution that never worked showing how bad this product is. It was hit or miss getting the audio working until one day it just decided to start cutting video. Now I have a useless square that I wasted money on.

Very difficult to set up because my computer was not able to read the capture card then out of nowhere it just stopped working! Only ended up getting about 2 months worth of use out of it. Although it worked well when i was able to use it its just a piece of junk sitting in a drawer now.
