Annoyingly difficult setup

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The capture card works amazingly, the firmware is definitely top of the line and I have had zero issues with it, however to get to this point the setup was irritating, I have very little tech experience but even so it was painfully difficult to setup with my dual monitor setup and the settings are a bit annoying. But after that no problems.

Used this to run through obs studio so I wouldn’t have to stop playing in 4k to get my game resolution at 1080 for the viewers. At least I hope I had viewers. Anyway great for streaming and capturing games!

One problem i discovered is that it makes my PS4 Pro assume I have a 4k tv so everytime i turn on my PS4 i have to set it back down to 1080p. You can change the EDID to 1080p on the Elgato but then you lose HDR functionality from the PS4's end, Please fix. Otherwise works as intended.
