This is awesome & works perfect. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that it has to be receiving power for it to pass thru the signal. so even if youre not capturing & just wanna play, you have to make sure it is connected to an active power source.

Works very very well - I have used it for streaming and so far no major issues. On the rare occasion it will randomly black out, but unsure if this is because of the machine itself or if I bumped it slightly

Elgato products are the best way to capture gameplay footage. The software is easy to use, recommend using a second screen to view while playing because there is a few seconds of input and sound delay.

Works great not only for game streaming, but also for web conferencing to upgrade your video from the webcam built into your computer. It’s plug and play, so it works out of the box on PCs and Macs. It does require USB 3 connectivity though.

I bought the captur card to stream from my Nintendo Switch and ended up realizing how much more I could do with it! Looking forward to creative media ideas to come to life!

Works exactly as expected. My only wish is for the USB connector to be on the output side instead of on the input side, so it could head to my computer instead of having to loop around the device.

It’s very easy to setup right from the beginning. It records in 60fps and can even take screenshots of your game in perfect quality. And it’s to take every where because of how small it is and only requires 2 hdmi and a usb cable.

Does what I wanted it for. However, recorded files occasionally have a few rough patches of 0-1 second intervals where video/audio is skipped. Not a problem for the type of content I edit, but it could be a major flaw for people working with more detail-oriented media.

If your looking to play Xbox/PlayStation/ switch on your pc to stream this is the device for you! Very easy to set up and install software to make work!

Love the El Gato game capture. It was a little hard to set up and I had to call the El Gato support number. Once I set it up it works perfectly. I am able to record my game highlights and upload them to my computer.

Amazing price and so worth the money spent!! Every other place I looked was way to much for the previous version and Best Buy had the new version for a price better than the previous model.

This item might not be the best of the best in terms of capture output, but it's pretty dang powerflul itself. It is perfect for streaming and simply capturing regular gameplay.

It’s been pretty solid for the most part. My biggest complaint is the build quality, specifically the usb-c port. It feels like it could break very easily if you aren’t careful with it. Same goes for the usb cable the provide you.

My husband uses this daily for his stream he has so many more followers now because other people can watch him stream in different types of media some people can’t watch on the 1080 p so this allows them to pick

I have been using this item for a few days and the capture quality is fantastic! The OBS software works great with the MAC and makes setting this device up a breeze.

The product is good, however I dont like the fact I need my pc on in order to view my game on console and Elgato doesn’t provide a good recording software for it. Your better off getting one to record. With all that said this is the best recording software product out there by far.

There is a bit of delay if you try to use the elgato stream in pc, but that’s totally because of the info streaming through the elgato. Just use your tv to play while you record on the pc.

Was originally looking to get the HD60 S but waited too long and it was no longer available, then luckily the S+ went one sale for the same price and im glad i waited!

This capture card is amazing! I did need a lot of help to figure out how to run it with Streamlabs OBS and you definitely need the elgato chat link in order to fully benefit from this capture card! Highly recommend!!!
