    Having issues with the unit/software. Called tech support who couldn't resolve the issue. They sent an e-mail to a "high up". A week later I get an e-mail telling me they sent the e-mail. A week after that I get a response to try to force close the program. Really 2 weeks to tell me that? Already got a Blackmagic switcher that does a lot more than this thing.
