The sound often "phases" and must reset. Sometimes, the device cuts out the video on the monitor tv. These glitches are really annoying. Took it back to the Annapolis store and they said it was not warranted even though another employee said it was warranted, so I had to purchase a new one.

But with Xbox one, sometimes you have to unplug and then plug back in, or opt out of OBS studio and restart it. Inconsistencies like that make it a little clunky. Other than that, it works.

Doesn’t work with M1 MacBooks

Good if you don’t have to use a usb input for head

Think again, plus I can’t tel you how glitchy this is to actually register or not on my computer. MacBook works horrible, windows it found the device. Also if you have a steelseries wireless pro headset, the audio sync between the 3 is next to zero being that PS5 doesn’t have an optical cable. Probably works ok for a PS4 pro combo with the steelseries, but not a PS5 combo with steelseries.
